Sunny Sprouts ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Sunny Sprouts mobile application (the "App"), designed to help children develop essential listening and comprehension skills through evidence-based, structured modules with real-time feedback for parents, therapists, teachers, or guardians.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains our information practices for the App. Because Sunny Sprouts is directed to children and may be used by users under 13 years of age, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information from children or other users.
Personal information includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, voice recordings, precise location, device identifiers that could identify an individual, or any other data that could directly or indirectly identify a person.All progress, scores, and session data are stored locally on the user's device only (e.g., in the app's local storage).
No data is sent to our servers or any third parties.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking technologies that collect user data.
No cookies, pixels, or similar technologies are used.If we ever change this practice in a future update (e.g., to add optional cloud backup), we will update this policy and seek any required parental consent under COPPA.
2. How We Use Information
Since we collect no personal information, there is no use, sharing, or selling of such data. The App functions entirely offline/local to provide educational content, track progress privately on the device, and enable real-time feedback from supervising adults.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Sunny Sprouts is designed for children, including those under 13 years old. In compliance with COPPA:We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Choices and Parental ControlsParents/guardians have full control over the device and can delete the App or clear local data at any time.
No accounts or logins are required.7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App (e.g., in Settings/About) with a new effective date. We encourage parents to review it periodically.
